PREVENTATIVE HEALTH CARE
Preventative Health Care visits to address your healthcare concerns, check in on your overall well-being and perform recommended, age-based recommendations, screenings, tests, and vaccinations.
ACUTE CARE
We offer walk-in and same-day provider visits and labs are often performed on-site. Walk-in nurse services for established patients include vaccinations, blood pressure and weight checks, tuberculosis skin placement testing, and suture removal.
CHRONIC CARE
We work with you as your healthcare partner to keep you as healthy as possible for those chronic conditions that require close monitoring such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and asthma. Some conditions we can manage on our own and others we collaborate with local specialists such as cardiologists, endocrinologists, oncologists, psychiatrists, and physical therapists.

We do not:

Draw labs ordered by another provider/clinic.

Treat medical emergencies including but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, inability to swallow, severe abdominal pain, head injuries, muscle weakness such as a stroke. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms pick up the phone and dial 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
