When a clinic is out-of-network, we do not have a direct billing contract with that insurance carrier to guarantee instant payment splits. Because out-of-network coverage levels and reimbursement rates vary widely by individual policy, we require up-front payment for self-pay rates at the time of service. We can provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill) so you can submit a claim directly to your insurer for personal reimbursement.
